How long will it take to print my order?
We know you're super excited to get your order! That's why our team works super hard to get all orders out the door as soon as possible. Then all you'll have to wait for your postie to drop it to your home.
Entered The Wrong Delivery Address?
Please get in touch asap! If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we will be able to change your address for you. Order already dispatched? Don’t stress! Hopefully, your order gets returned to us. If that happens, we’ll send it to your new address. Depending on your location additional delivery fees may apply.
Want to track your order?
We know you’re super excited to get your parcel, and time just seems to be dragging by. Luckily you can track your order using the tracking link in your email so you can find out where it is every step of the way. If you need any help, just reach out to us.
Not Home When Your Order Arrives?
Maybe you were at the groomers, playing frisbee, or even at work… that’s okay, don’t stress! If your postie normally leaves your parcels on the porch or in your specified Safe Zone, you might find it there when you get home. Otherwise… you should find a calling card in your letterbox, which will let you know where you can collect your parcel from. If you need any help, just contact us.
Ordering From Overseas?
We love sending our goodies to our fans across the globe. Your parcel will arrive safe and sound using our most trusted parcel delivery services. If you live in a main city, you should receive your parcel within a week. But other areas can take up to 3 weeks. Please note that we can’t guarantee that you won’t be charged any taxes or duties by customs at your end. Unfortunately, these charges will have to be paid by the recipient of the package.
Why Is Express Shipping Not Available in Perth?
We all know Australia is HUGE and unfortunately, Perth falls just outside of Aus Post’s next-day-delivery zone. This means, unfortunately, we can’t guarantee an express delivery for pets in Perth. But we'll still prioritise your order if you do pick this option.
Can I combine Shipping for multiple orders?
Unfortunately we aren’t able to combine shipping on orders, or add additional items to an order once it has been placed.
